“Your orders delivered on time, in full and precisely to your specifications – that’s the main purpose of what I do.

My responsibilities include capacity planning, training and coaching the Production Team and making sure our plant and machinery is maintained and in top working order.

Meeting our challenging and customer focussed KPIs is central to my role.

Customer demands can be challenging and constantly changing, so I liaise closely with the Sales and Customer Support teams to ensure our responses are sharp, speedy and accurate.”
